How it ships

We post Australia-wide with Australia Post, with tracking on every order. Most orders are made and dispatched within an estimated 3–5 business days of your order being approved, plus transit time on top of that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

No local pickup — every order is posted.

Postage cost

Postage is a flat fee per order, added on top of the item price. $9.95 for orders of Name Clickers and Name Keychains (they ship in a smaller parcel), and $12.50 for everything else. If your order mixes them with other items, it goes in one parcel and the higher rate applies. You'll see the full Items + Shipping + Total breakdown before you even send your design through. There's no live checkout on the site yet — every order still goes through a quick design review first, and postage is confirmed again on your final quote/invoice before you pay anything.

Express shipping isn't offered yet — everything we make is custom, made-to-order with its own lead time, so a paid "faster shipping" option wouldn't actually get your order to you any sooner right now. We'll switch it on once that changes.

If something's not right

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with a few photos and we'll sort a replacement or remedy — see our returns policy for details. Please double-check your delivery address when you confirm your order; items sent to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed, returned to us, or need an extra postage fee to reship correctly.
